Claim your key"HGH Studios," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of HGH Hub, the Auto Builder, the Universal Converter, the .HGH file format, the Discord servers HGH Studios and Build Catalog, and any related loaders, scripts, or services we publish.
"You," "user," or "key holder" refers to any natural person who interacts with the Service, directly or via a third party.
HGH Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use HGH Hub strictly for your own non-commercial use within Build a Boat for Treasure on the Roblox platform. The license is conditional on your continued compliance with these Terms.
You are granted no rights other than those expressly given here. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all underlying code, formats, designs, copy, assets, and the .HGH save format.
Without limiting the foregoing, we may revoke a key, blacklist an account, and refuse all future service if we, in our sole and unreviewable discretion, determine that you have done, attempted to do, or are likely to do any of the following:
Revocation and blacklisting may be applied to any identifier we choose, including but not limited to: Roblox user ID, Roblox username, Discord user ID, Discord username, IP address, hardware identifier (HWID), key string, payment identifier, Luarmor reward ID, and any account or device we reasonably associate with a violation.
No loopholes. The enumerated grounds above are illustrative, not exhaustive. Any ambiguity in this clause shall be resolved in favor of HGH Studios. Attempted technical, legal, or definitional workarounds — including but not limited to creating new accounts, switching devices, switching networks, changing display names, claiming the violation was performed by a sibling, a friend, an account thief, or an AI — do not restore access and may be treated as further violations.
All Premium key purchases are final and non-refundable. A Premium key purchase is a one-time payment for a personal, non-transferable license. Loss of access due to revocation, blacklisting, account termination, executor change, device change, or any other cause does not entitle you to a refund, credit, replacement key, or compensation of any kind.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal, your key is automatically and permanently revoked, your account is blacklisted, and we reserve the right to recover any costs and fees we incur as a result of the dispute.
Every key — free or premium — is bound to the natural person who first activated it. You may not share, sell, rent, lease, trade, gift, lend, post, leak, livestream, screenshot in a way that allows reuse, or otherwise transfer your key to anyone, ever. A key being "given" by you to another person voids the key immediately and permanently, regardless of whether the other person ever uses it.
If multiple people use the same key, regardless of who is at fault, all associated keys may be revoked.
You agree to use the Service only for legal, personal, non-commercial purposes within Build a Boat for Treasure. You agree not to use the Service for:
HGH Hub depends on external services we do not control, including Roblox, Luarmor, Discord, your chosen executor, your operating system, your internet provider, and any payment processor. We make no guarantee about the availability, accuracy, security, or behavior of these third parties. Disruption of any third party that affects the Service does not entitle you to a refund, replacement, or compensation.
The Service, including all code, GUIs, copy, logos, names ("HGH Hub," "HGH Studios," "Auto Builder," "Universal Converter," ".HGH"), the .HGH save format and its compression scheme, and all derivative works, are the exclusive property of HGH Studios. You receive no ownership rights of any kind. You may not republish, mirror, fork, or build derivative products based on any portion of the Service without our written permission.
Build a Boat for Treasure, BABFT, and Roblox are trademarks of their respective owners. HGH Hub is independent, fan-made tooling and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the BABFT developer.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from harmful components. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HGH Studios, its operators, contributors, moderators, and anyone associated with the Service shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost builds, lost saves, lost time, lost in-game progress, account suspension, Roblox bans, executor crashes, device damage, or any third-party action — arising out of or in any way connected to the Service, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
If any portion of this clause is held unenforceable, our aggregate liability to you for all claims combined shall not exceed five United States dollars ($5.00) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HGH Studios and everyone associated with the Service from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use, or are capable of using, the Service. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, as set out in Clause 03. Upon termination, all clauses that by their nature should survive — including ownership, no warranty, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution — shall survive.
We may change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon posting at this URL. The "Effective" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Service immediately.
We may add, change, restrict, gate, paywall, delay, or remove any feature of the Service at any time, including the Free tier itself, without notice. Premium key holders are entitled to whatever the Premium tier provides on a given date and have no claim on past or future feature sets.
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Service — Luarmor session data for the free tier, and a hardware fingerprint for abuse prevention. We do not sell user data. For more detail, see our Privacy Notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
You agree that any dispute shall be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
If any portion of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HGH Studios regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
